PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION FULFILLMENT DAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP JOB PERFORMANCE YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA DEALER HONDA AUTO SERANG Abstraksi / Abstracts:
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational mission fulfillment and perceived organizational support on job performance, which mediating of work engagement at Honda Auto Serang, Kota Serang.. Respondents in this study were employees of Honda Auto Serang, Kota Serang, consisting of 156 respondents. Data analysis method is descriptive statistics as well as SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Organization mission fullfilment has an average of 3,9668, the perceived organizational support average value of 4,0727, job performance has an average of 4,1026, and work engagement has an average of 4,1659. The influence of organization mission fullfilment towards work engagement indicates that, organization mission fullfilment has an influence towards work engagement with a p-value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, the influence of perceived organizational support towards work engagement shows that, perceived organization support has an influence towards work engagement with a p-value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The influence of work engagement to job performance indicates that, there is an influence of work engagement towards job performance with a p-value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The results of testing the influence of organization mission fulfillment and perceived organization support towards job performance mediated by work engagement, indicate that work engagement can mediate the influence of organization mission fulfillment and perceived organization support towards job performance with estimated value of 0.277.
